About Us

International Boxing Institute is a 501c3 not for profit invested in community health, wellness, awareness, fitness, education and solidarity. All proceeds from our adult boxing classes are used to fund our free youth programs.

Our Executive Director is an Oakland, California native with 30 years boxing experience amateur and professional); Bilal Mahasin is an International boxing coach who has facilitated boxing workshops locally, nationally, and Internationally. Bilal also has years of experience as a boxing judge and referee, from USA to China, which adds to his overall knowledge and expertise.
